Madhawa Weerasinghe is a Associate member of the Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL), Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT SL) and also a Fellow member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation (FTII- Sri Lanka).

He also gained immense experience more than 15 years in the field of Audit & Assurance services, Business Consultancy, Business Systems & Financial Consultancy. He held key positions in several audit firms, multinational companies exposing himself to business communities. His specialized area covers Assurance and Accounting Services, Financial Management Services, Taxation Services & Value added business services related to financial disciplines, business process outsourcing.

He will be your main role of contact and have entire responsibility for the relationship between NM Associates / N & M Secretarial Services (Pvt) Ltd and yourselves. He will

directly oversee the team responsible for your solutions and will also attend any meetings you require.

  • BSC Accountancy (Special) Graduate of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Mr.G.I.Nishantha Kumara CBA, MAAT
– Tax & Audit Partner / Director 

Mr.G.I.Nishantha Kumara is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT SL), a member of the Certified Business Accountants of Sri Lanka (CBA CA- Sri Lanka).He has gained immense experience more than 15 years in the field of Audit & Assurance services, Business Consultancy, Business Systems, Financial Consultancy and in the field of financial & management and accounting for companies and other entities.

He held key position in several audit firms exposing himself to business communities. His specialized area covers Assurance and Accounting Services, Financial Management Services, Value add business services related to financial disciplines, business process outsourcing.

  • Reading for Professional Level of the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation  (FTII)
  • Approved Accountant Registered under the Department of Inland Revenue.

Mr. M.Thiyagarajah – ACA,FCMA, AAAI, MBA, CPA, AIB
– Legal Advisor

Mr.Thiyagarajah functions as the Consulting Partner at NMCA Associates and is also an Associate Member of  the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) and holds a MBA in Business Administration.

​He counts over 35 years of professional experience including 05 years work experience with a Big 4, where he gained extensive experience and exposure in audits and assurance engagements, accounting and taxation services and business advisory.

​He has vast expertise in the field of internal control implementation, fraud investigation, foreign investment advisory, banking, legal consulting, and transaction support and management consultancy.

Mr. Kasun Karunanayake – Finance & Legal Adviser

Kasun Karunanayake is an Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and he is Specialized in Commercial and Civil Law in his practice. He has graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Colombo and has gained the LL.B Degree. He is a CIMA(UK) Passed Finalist with a sound knowledge of Management and Finance Accounting. Further, he has completed the Certificate of Capital Market gaining a sound knowledge on the Capital Market in Sri Lanka.

He has compiled a Book called ‘’Case Law Index’’ which renders a sound knowledge of various Legal Judgments to the legal and non-legal fraternity in Sri Lanka.

He is a trainer in the field of Leadership & Public Speaking and makes his contribution to the betterment of the General Public.

In extending to his career, he is a Notary Public and a Registered Company Secretary with a greater knowledge.

He is the Finance & Legal Partner in our firm for all kinds of Finance & Legal Matters.
